At Obiqi.Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every camera purchased from our store comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

✅ What is Covered

• Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
• Internal hardware malfunctions that prevent normal operation.
• Battery or charging issues (if included with your product).

❌ What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or dents.
• Water or liquid damage (unless the product is advertised as waterproof).

🛠 Warranty Service

If your product develops a fault covered under warranty within the 1-year period, we will either:

• Repair the item (at no cost to you), or
• Replace it with the same or a similar model.
